The basics
Iron Bid Exchange is a classified marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of heavy equipment. We host listings and inquiry tools. We are not a party to your sale, inspection, transport, financing, or title transfer unless we say otherwise in writing for a specific program (such as a future auction event).
Who operates Iron Bid Exchange
Iron Bid Exchange (ironbidexchange.com) operates this marketplace. Iron Bid Exchange connects buyers and sellers. It is not the seller of any listed equipment, and listings are posted by independent sellers. We make no warranty about any listing, including its accuracy, condition, title, availability, or price. Affiliate partners are also covered by the Affiliate Terms.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform, post fraudulent listings, spam buyers, or violate these terms.
Listings
Sellers must own or be authorized to sell the equipment they list. Descriptions, hours, condition, and photos should be honest. Do not post stolen equipment, illegal items, or misleading prices. We may remove or hide listings that look unsafe or deceptive.
Photos & content
Listing photos must show the equipment in the title, be reasonably clear, and must not include nude, lewd, crude, or offensive imagery. See our Content & Image Policy. Violations may lead to removal and account suspension.
Fees
Classified (private treaty) sales: sellers keep 100% of the sale price. Iron Bid Exchange does not take a commission on those deals. Subscription plans and Boost placements are billed as shown on Pricing. Future timed auctions may carry a separate success fee disclosed before you consign.
Buyer & seller responsibility
Inspect equipment, verify serial numbers and liens, and use safe meeting practices. We do not guarantee condition, title, or that a counterparty will complete a deal. Messages and leads are between you and the other party.
