IRON BID EXCHANGE SELLER TERMS

1. Platform Role

Iron Bid Exchange operates as a listing and visibility platform for heavy equipment sellers. We provide the marketplace, category placement, featured listing options, and auction event access. We do not take ownership, custody, or possession of any equipment listed on the platform.

2. Seller Responsibilities

As a seller on Iron Bid Exchange, you are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of all listing information including descriptions, photos, specifications, pricing, and equipment condition
• All communication and negotiation with prospective buyers
• Completing the sale, collecting payment, and arranging delivery or pickup
• Handling all customer service, disputes, returns, and warranty claims (if any)
• Compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the sale of equipment
• Collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax

3. Payments Between Buyers and Sellers

All payments for equipment purchases occur directly between the buyer and seller. Iron Bid Exchange does not process, hold, or facilitate equipment sale payments. Sellers are responsible for choosing their own payment methods (wire transfer, financing, cash, etc.) and ensuring secure transactions.

4. Subscription Fees

The only fees collected by Iron Bid Exchange are the monthly subscription fees for your chosen seller plan (Starter Seller, Pro Seller, or Dealer Plus) and any optional add-on purchases (Featured Listing, Homepage Spotlight, Auction Event Entry). Subscription fees are billed monthly through Stripe and are non-refundable for the current billing period.

5. Listing Standards

All listings must represent real, available equipment that the seller has the legal right to sell. Iron Bid Exchange reserves the right to remove listings that are:

• Fraudulent, misleading, or inaccurate
• Duplicated across multiple accounts
• For equipment the seller does not own or have authority to sell
• In violation of any applicable law

6. Seller Profile Information

Your seller profile — including business name, location, contact information, and logo — will be displayed publicly alongside your listings so that buyers can contact you directly. By creating a profile, you consent to this information being visible on the platform.

7. No Guarantee of Sale

Iron Bid Exchange provides visibility and marketplace access but does not guarantee that any listing will result in a sale. Placement, traffic, and buyer interest vary based on market conditions, equipment type, pricing, and listing quality.

8. Limitation of Liability

Iron Bid Exchange is not liable for any disputes, losses, damages, or claims arising from transactions between buyers and sellers. All equipment transactions are conducted at the sole risk of the parties involved.

9. Account Termination

Iron Bid Exchange reserves the right to suspend or terminate any seller account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or receives repeated buyer complaints. Sellers may cancel their subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal.

10. Changes to Terms

Iron Bid Exchange may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.

By subscribing to a seller plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
